  • I had a great experience at Henninger Physical Therapy. Angelina combines her professional expertise with a supportive, respectful warmth that creates a sense of safety and possibility. She helped me improve my pelvic health through multiple approaches that addressed the root causes of the issues. My body is stronger and I understand it better now. I appreciated how she asked me regularly how things were going and used my feedback to ensure my plan worked for me. 1000% recommend! -K.N.

  • I started see Angelina half way through my pregnancy in order to do some preventative work for my pelvis and bladder control. What I ended up getting was constant physical and emotional support throughout my pregnancy. Angelina provided me with thorough knowledge of all things pregnancy, such as labor and delivery tips, understanding how the body works during/after pregnancy, as well as tips and tricks to help reduce stress and postpartum pains. I knew I wanted help with physically working through pregnancy but I found I was benefiting much more from the emotional support I was receiving from our sessions. I was finally getting dedicated time from a professional that was not a doctor who only saw me for a few minutes during checkups. Definitely worth the investment. -A.A.

  • Angelina is absolutely wonderful to work with. I highly recommend anyone go here if you have any sort of sciatica issues, pelvic floor therapy issues, diastasis recti, SPD issues…she will help you work through exercises/stretches, learn how to align yourself properly, and relieve the tension that you don’t realize you are holding that’s causing the pain and misalignment. I had a bulging disc with my last pregnancy and have had sciatica ever since. I’m now pregnant again and able to lift weights for the first time in two years without pain. She has changed my mindset to one where I felt unable/incapable to do something to a mindset of one where I can still do the things I want to do, such as lifting, twisting, pulling, weights, etc. Cannot recommend her enough - she will change your life and lifestyle and better it! -S.K.

  • Angelina asks questions, listens attentively to my responses, and has designed a program based upon my personal needs. I look forward to my sessions and the improvements I am making! -C.L.
